Every Nugent piece is built for everyday wear. A few simple habits keep your silver bright and your stones at their best for years.

• Last on, first off. Put jewelry on after lotion, perfume, and hairspray. Take it off before swimming, showering, or working out. Chlorine, salt water, and cleaning products are what dull silver and stones.
• Give it the night off. Removing pieces before bed protects settings from knocks and snags.
• Store it dry and separate. A pouch or lined box keeps pieces from scratching each other and slows tarnish.
• Wipe after wearing. A soft, dry cloth removes skin oils and keeps the shine. If a piece gets wet, dry it right away.

We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand if what you ordered isn't quite right. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please submit a return or exchange request through our Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, all sales are final. 

We offer free exchanges. Returns and store credit are subject to a $10 handling fee.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange should it not meet these requirements.

Exclusions:

• Earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons).
• All sale items are final sale.
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
  
• If you purchased Nugent Jewelry from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly. 

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging with tags intact and box or pouch included.
• Any return without the jewelry box or gift bag, or not in its original packaging, is subject to a $35 restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount being refunded for store credit.
• If an item is returned in poor condition or arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange and will not offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to our Customer Happiness Team within 7 days of delivery. Tell us the item(s) that was damaged and/or the item(s) you received by mistake. You may be asked to provide pictures of the item(s) for verification. We'll do our best to make it right!

Shipping & Liability:

• Buyer is subject to a $10 handling fee which includes shipping.
  
• Nugent Jewelry is not liable for lost returns. Please retain your shipping receipt email as proof of shipment and tracking.
