Silver runs through most of what we make: a proprietary blend of USA recycled 925 sterling, and 999 fine silver on the Silvaria pieces. The gold is 18K over sterling — vermeil on the chains, permanently bonded on the Everyday Gold pieces, which is why it holds up better than standard plating.

Close, but not identical — and that's the point. Every stone is natural and handpicked, so pattern, depth and color shift from one to the next even within the same design. The shape, setting and metal stay consistent. If you're buying a stone with visible markings — labradorite, malachite, moss agate — expect yours to have its own.
925 sterling is 92.5% silver alloyed for strength — the standard for everyday jewelry. 999 fine silver is 99.9% pure, softer and brighter, used where the surface matters more than the wear. 18K vermeil is sterling silver under a thick layer of 18K gold, which is why it costs less than solid gold and more than plating. Sterling silver and 18K vermeil gold hold up to daily wear. Harder stones handle it better than softer ones — a quartz or topaz ring takes more knocking about than an opal or a turquoise. If you want one piece you never take off, that's the trade-off to weigh.
Yes. Designs come back, but the stone won't be the same one — each is cut from natural material, so a restocked piece is the same design carrying its own pattern and color. Emerge is the exception: those are made from a single butterfly wing and never repeat.
