Hammered Finish Rings

Hammered Finish Rings

The texture comes from hammering the silver by hand, which means the surface is never quite repeatable. Light catches it unevenly, in a way a polished band doesn't. Each ring holds a single natural gemstone, and between the stone and the finish, no two are the same.

A line of rings in two settings, oval and rectangle, each holding a single gemstone on a hand-hammered band. Made in our proprietary anti-tarnish blend of 925 sterling silver — ours runs about 94% pure silver, above the 92.5% the sterling standard requires — and set low so the ring sits flat against the hand.

    Yes, these are natural gemstones.

Close, but not identical, and that is the point. The texture comes from hammering the silver by hand, so no two surfaces are quite the same, and the stones are natural, so colour and markings vary piece to piece. Yours will be its own.

Yes. Our sterling blend contains no nickel and minimal copper — copper is what makes most sterling tarnish, and ours has less of it.

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep it away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and household cleaners, and store it dry and out of direct light. Handle the stone gently, as gemstones can chip or scratch. Our sterling carries an anti-tarnish blend, so it holds its brightness longer than most sterling does — and a hammered surface hides everyday marks better than a polished one.
