The pendant is sold on its own. Add a silver chain on the product page and it comes at half price — that discount applies only when the chain and pendant are bought together, not to a chain bought on its own.
Take it off before showering, swimming or washing up — forced water can work its way in and damage the wing. Everyday contact is fine; sweat or a splash will not hurt it. If it does get wet, dry it gently with a soft cloth. Keep it away from perfume, lotion and household cleaners, and store it in a dry box or pouch.
