Yes. Every ring is built around an authentic wing, preserved and set by hand. Nothing is printed or reproduced.
The wing is sealed in durable acrylic and set into fine silver, so it's protected from knocks and handling. A ring takes more contact than any other piece, which is why the acrylic is there — but take it off for washing up, gardening and anything with chemicals in it, and it will hold.
Nothing is harmed to make these. Wings are collected only after a butterfly has lived its full natural life, in partnership with sanctuaries around the world.

Durable acrylic, held in 99.8% fine silver. Fine silver is purer than sterling and tarnishes more slowly, which suits a piece you won't want to polish often.
No. No two wings carry the same pattern, so every ring in this collection is a single piece. When one sells, that exact wing is gone.
