Ring Size Chart | US, UK & EU Conversions | Nugent Jewelry
The simplest way to find your size is to measure a ring you already wear. Lay it flat, measure straight across the inside from edge to edge in millimetres, and match that number to the first column below.
If you don't have one to measure, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Divide that number by 3.14 to get the diameter.
Measure at the end of the day. Fingers swell slightly as the day goes on, and a ring that fits in the morning can be tight by evening. If you're between sizes, size up.
