Our jewelry is crafted to last. When cared for properly, it will remain in beautiful shape for years to come. Here are some tips for caring for your Nugent Jewelry pieces:

• Avoid moisture, remove before bathing or swimming. If your piece gets wet, wipe it dry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid contact with soaps, perfumes, lotion/creams, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove before sleeping.
• Remove when working out.
• Wear mindfully, stones are fragile and can break, crack, or scratch if not handled with care. 
• Store in a dry, clean jewelry box or pouch.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand if what you ordered isn't quite right. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please submit a return or exchange request through our Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, all sales are final. 

We offer free exchanges. Returns and store credit are subject to a $10 handling fee.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange should it not meet these requirements.

Exclusions:

• Earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons).
• All sale items are final sale.
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
  
• If you purchased Nugent Jewelry from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly. 

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging with tags intact and box or pouch included.
• Any return without the jewelry box or gift bag, or not in its original packaging, is subject to a $35 restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount being refunded for store credit.
• If an item is returned in poor condition or arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange and will not offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to our Customer Happiness Team within 7 days of delivery. Tell us the item(s) that was damaged and/or the item(s) you received by mistake. You may be asked to provide pictures of the item(s) for verification. We'll do our best to make it right!

Shipping & Liability:

• Buyer is subject to a $10 handling fee which includes shipping.
  
• Nugent Jewelry is not liable for lost returns. Please retain your shipping receipt email as proof of shipment and tracking.
